Must:
- Minimum 3 ans dexpérience en support de proximité / N2

- Sens du service et bon relationnel, notamment avec des utilisateurs VIP
- Rigueur, autonomie et organisation
- Bon sens du service et excellente communication
- Capacité à prioriser et à gérer plusieurs demandes simultanément
- Discrétion et professionnalisme
