Requirements
Must:
- De formation supérieure en informatique
- Expérience avérée sur du support N3
- Disponibilité, capacité danalyse et de synthèse, savoir agir dans la complexité
- Mobilité, autonomie et sens de linitiative
- PĂ©dagogie dans laccompagnement des utilisateurs sur les nouvelles technologies
Responsibilities
- Contribuer Ă la production informatique sur le territoire
- Assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des équipements informatiques liés au Digital Workplace
- Assister, conseiller et former les utilisateurs Ă distance ou sur le terrain
- Rendre compte au Pilote Production ou Responsable de lAgence
- Respecter les règles de sécurité en vigueur dans lAgence
- Réaliser les opérations de déploiement informatique
- Résoudre les pannes signalées et en assurer lamortissement dans loutil de ticketing ITSM
