Requirements
Must:
- Formation supérieure en IT
- Expérience de 3 ans minimum en tant que Business Analyst SI Industriel
- Aisance avec le développement de requêtes SQL
- Manipulation dun ERP en environnement industriel
- Connaissance dAxapta ou de SAP est un plus
- Aisance relationnelle, pragmatisme et organisation
- Capacité à comprendre et traduire des besoins métiers en solutions
- Anglais professionnel requis
Responsibilities
- Analyser les besoins métiers (gestion commerciale, adv, production, supply chain, etc.)
- Contribuer à lévolution des ERP et autres applications internes
- Analyser et modéliser les processus métiers
- Spécifier fonctionnellement et techniquement les besoins entrants
- Paramétrer et administrer les ERP en place
- Développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités
- Créer de nouveaux rapports
- Coordonner des projets avec la DSI groupe durant des releases majeures
- Offrir un support fonctionnel aux utilisateurs locaux
- RĂ©diger des documentations utilisateurs
