Requirements
Must:
- Solide expérience en gestion de projet CRM
- Maîtrise des environnements Microsoft Dynamics et PowerPlatform
- Compréhension des enjeux data et de larchitecture fonctionnelle
- Capacité à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés, du technique au métier
- Curiosité, autonomie et orientation solutions
- Aisance relationnelle et fort sens de la structuration
- Capacité à évoluer dans des organisations complexes et transverses
- Regard analytique et pragmatique
Responsibilities
- Conduire lévolution du CRM et son intégration dans lécosystème applicatif
- Renforcer linterconnexion entre la plateforme CRM et les outils de la PowerPlatform
- Automatiser, fiabiliser et enrichir les flux de données
- Structurer larchitecture fonctionnelle et assurer la cohérence des briques applicatives
- Elaborer le cadrage fonctionnel et accompagner les utilisateurs
- Rédiger les spécifications et piloter les développements internes et externes
- Assurer la qualité, la sécurité et la gouvernance des données
- Comprendre les besoins opérationnels et les traduire en solutions robustes et évolutives
- Animer les rituels agiles et contribuer à lamélioration continue des processus
- Jouer un rôle moteur dans la modernisation des services numériques
