Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 3 ans dexpérience sur Dynamics 365 / Power Platform
- Capacité à être consultant fonctionnel et technique
- Excellente communication et pédagogie
- Forte capacité danalyse et de synthèse
- Autonomie, rigueur, sens de lorganisation
- Adaptabilité et esprit déquipe
- Maitrise de langlais requise
Responsibilities
- Analyser les besoins métiers et recommander des solutions adaptées
- Jouer un rôle de référent CRM auprès des équipes locales et internationales
- Former et accompagner les utilisateurs
- Concevoir, configurer et personnaliser Dynamics 365
- Collaborer avec un partenaire externe si nécessaire
- Assurer une veille sur Dynamics 365 / Power Platform et proposer des améliorations clés
