Requirements
Must:
- Diplômé en informatique
- 10 ans dexpérience en gestion déquipes techniques
- Expérience en pilotage de projets transverses
- Solide expertise technique
- Vision produit
- Maîtrise de lintelligence artificielle
- Leadership naturel
- Excellentes qualités relationnelles
- Capacité à écouter, convaincre et fédérer
- Aisance dans un environnement en transformation
- Favoriser la collaboration entre équipes
- Connaissance des langages : Symfony (PHP), C++, Java, Python, Angular
- Connaissance des bases de données : PostgreSQL, MySQL
Responsibilities
- Piloter et organiser le département IT
- Faciliter une communication fluide entre les équipes techniques et métiers
- Contribuer activement au développement de produits intégrant de lintelligence artificielle
- Manager les équipes techniques et coordonner les projets
- Soutenir la montée en compétences des équipes
- Proposer des choix technologiques pertinents
- Définir larchitecture logicielle et optimiser les workflows
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques présentes sur site
