- Bonne compréhension des processus Finance, Vente et Opérations
- Anglais intermédiaire
Responsibilities
- Assurer le support applicatif : analyse, résolution, documentation, échanges avec les utilisateur·trice·s et coordination avec léquipe dIT support Applicatif.
- Identifier les causes des incidents : exploitation des logs, vérifications techniques, requêtes SQL, recommandations damélioration.
- Contribuer aux évolutions : recueil des besoins, rédaction de spécifications, coordination avec les interlocuteur·trice·s du secteur Transport.
- Réaliser les recettes fonctionnelles : scénarios, tests, validation, accompagnement lors des mises en production.
- Structurer la documentation : procédures, guides, supports daide, afin dharmoniser les usages et sécuriser les pratiques.
- Participer à lamélioration continue : optimisation des workflows, utilisation doutils ITSM (Jira, GLPI), création de tableaux de bord Power BI, suivi dindicateurs en appui aux équipes basées à AixenProvence
