Must:
- Minimum 3 ans dexpérience en support / systèmes / infrastructures
- Issu dune ESN / cabinet de conseil ou environnement exigeant
- Maîtrise de Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID
- À laise avec Windows 10/11, réseaux IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
- Compétences en Linux (CLI, patching, services)
- Sensibilité à la cybersécurité (alertes SOC/EDR, bonnes pratiques)
- Forte autonomie, sens du service, pédagogie et capacité à prioriser
- À laise en environnement international - anglais opérationnel
- Capacité à être interlocuteur IT unique sur site
Responsibilities
- Support utilisateurs sur un périmètre multi pays
- Administration Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID
- Gestion du réseau, Wi Fi, VPN et matériel
- Maintenance Linux (Ubuntu/Debian)
- Cybersécurité opérationnelle : SOC/EDR, sensibilisation, réponses niveau 1
- Participation aux projets IT groupe et à la modernisation de linfrastructure
