Requirements
Must:
- Formation supérieure en systèmes dinformation, informatique de gestion ou équivalent.
- Maîtrise des environnements SI, SaaS, CRM, ERP et des architectures applicatives.
- Connaissances solides en RGPD, protection des données et pilotage de prestataires.
- Capacité à gérer des projets transverses et à dialoguer avec des interlocuteur·rice·s non techniques.
- Qualités attendues : vision stratégique, pragmatisme, pédagogie, autonomie, sens du service.
Responsibilities
- Définir et piloter la stratégie SI et la gouvernance IT (sécurité, cohérence, budget, priorités).
- Conduire les projets de transformation digitale : évolution du CRM, sélection et déploiement dun ERP, interconnexions applicatives.
- Piloter la mise en conformité facturation électronique (choix de solutions PDP/OD, intégration comptable).
- Assurer la gouvernance des données et la conformité RGPD en tant que DPO opérationnel·le.
- Identifier et déployer des cas dusage IA via des outils du marché, dans un cadre sécurisé et conforme.
- Être le·la référent·e SI interne, structurer les processus et accompagner la montée en compétences numériques.
