Must:
We require candidates to have a minimum of a Bac +2 degree in computer science. You should have at least 2 years of experience in support roles and possess knowledge in some or all of the following technologies: Microsoft Windows 2016/2019/2022, 8/10/11; databases (SQL Server, Oracle); virtualization (VMware, vSphere, Hyper-V); and scripting (VB, PowerShell). Proficiency in English is essential, and you should be open to occasional travel in France and potentially abroad.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will work under the supervision of the Support Manager to carry out the following tasks: provide technical support for our software solutions to clients and resellers across Europe, handle incoming calls, and follow up on client requests (such as issues, assistance, and configuration). You will analyze and formalize client requests according to their nature while adhering to service contracts and established procedures. You will be responsible for creating and meticulously tracking tickets to ensure their closure using our management tools. Additionally, you will establish diagnostics through remote access to client systems, and conduct both internal and external training sessions, as well as technical interventions at client sites.

Due to our ongoing growth, we are looking to hire Technical Support Engineers for a permanent position in Auch (32), to address the needs of our clients. You will be joining a technical team of about twenty individuals in a collaborative environment. The role offers a salary ranging from €30,000 to €35,000, with numerous opportunities for advancement. This position involves working with advanced technologies and has a strong client relationship dimension. Please note that there is no option for remote work, and working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, with a rotation between 12 PM and 2 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
