Requirements
Must:
- ITIL v4
- ServiceNow
- Expertise dans les initiatives de transformation Ă grande Ă©chelle
- Expertise en résolution structurée de problèmes
- Expertise en interaction avec les parties prenantes, animation dateliers et coordination transverse
Responsibilities
- Tous les processus ITSM ont été standardisés selon la norme ITIL 3
- Revoir les processus existants et les roadmaps associées
- Fournir une expertise pour les roadmaps futures et définir des approches pour évoluer vers ITIL v4
- Conseiller sur les opportunités daméliorer lalignement entre les pratiques de service delivery et les outils
- Contribuer à lalignement des parties prenantes responsables des processus avec le modèle de pratiques ITIL
- Fournir des recommandations basées sur des faits pour lamélioration des processus en sappuyant sur les données disponibles
- Concevoir des roadmaps mises à jour et définir des objectifs de processus
- Faciliter la cartographie des processus et les initiatives de réingénierie des processus afin de mieux saligner avec les approches Agile
