Requirements
Must:
- BTS option SIO ou équivalent avec une appétence pour linformatique
- Sens du service vis-Ă -vis de nos clients internes et externes
- Capacité de faire évoluer des situations avec vos interlocuteurs
- Rigueur et capacité danalyse
Responsibilities
- Assurer le support matériel Niveau 2 et 3 (Poste de travail, Messagerie, Active Directory, serveur de fichiers, connexion réseau-câblage réseau)
- Prendre en charge des incidents et demandes de services
- Procéder au dépannage / résolution des incidents
- Gérer des demandes de services (Habilitations, Installation, livraison de matériel, etc.)
- Configurer des postes de travail
