Requirements
Must:
- Connaissances de base en environnements Windows (poste de travail et serveur)
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et intérêt pour les solutions de ticketing
- Sens du service client, écoute et bonnes capacités de communication
- Organisation, rigueur et esprit déquipe
- Niveau Bac
Responsibilities
- Assurer le traitement des tickets dincidents et des demandes de service
- Répondre aux appels entrants et réaliser la prise en main à distance des postes utilisateurs
- Participer à la gestion de parc, assurer un reporting quotidien et mettre à jour la météo du service
- Prendre en charge la boîte mail du service et analyser les sollicitations métier et utilisateurs
