Must:
- Titulaire du baccalauréat, vous préparez un BTS Services Informatiques aux Organisations (SIO)
- Anglais technique apprécié
- Rigoureux(se)
- Curieux(se)
- Esprit déquipe
- À lécoute du besoin et enthousiaste en toutes situations
- Partage et communication de linformation
Responsibilities
- Maintenir en condition opérationnelle les matériels (imprimantes industrielles, téléphonie fixe et mobile, ordinateurs fixes et portables…)
- Assister les utilisateurs via un outil de ticketing : diagnostiquer, catégoriser et traiter les incidents et demandes, et escalader si nécessaire
- Sensibiliser les utilisateurs aux bonnes pratiques informatiques, à la sécurité et aux règles de la charte informatique
- Apporter un support de proximité aux utilisateurs : accueil, reformulation, écoute, bilan des incidents
- Intégrer une équipe dynamique et jeune, directement au cœur de notre site de production au cours de ces deux années
