Requirements
Must:
- Titulaire dun Bac +2 Ă Bac +3 en informatique
- Première expérience significative sur un poste équivalent
- Rigueur et proactivité
- Sens du service client
- Appréciation du travail en équipe
- Connaissances en réseaux LAN/WAN (Juniper)
- Compétences en scripting/automatisation
- Expérience en sécurité réseau (firewalls Palo Alto)
Responsibilities
- GĂ©rer les incidents et demandes de niveau 1
- Superviser les infrastructures et traiter les alertes réseau
- Configurer et déployer les VLAN
- Demander la mise en place / restauration de switchs et routeurs
- Réaliser des brassages et câblages
- Effectuer les interventions de remplacement de matériel
- Demander ladministration des services réseau (DHCP/DNS)
- GĂ©rer les sauvegardes (backups)
- Maintenir Ă jour la documentation technique (brassage, infrastructure)
