Requirements
Must:
- Titulaire dun Bac +2 Ă Bac +3 en informatique
- Première expérience significative sur un poste équivalent
- Rigueur et proactivité
- Sens du service client
- Connaissance des réseaux LAN/WAN : Juniper
- Compétences en scripting / automatisation
- Connaissance de la sécurité réseau : firewalls Palo Alto
Responsibilities
- GĂ©rer les incidents et demandes de niveau 1
- Superviser les infrastructures et traiter les alertes réseau
- Configurer et déployer les VLAN
- Demande de mise en place / restauration de switch et routeurs
- Réalisation de brassages et câblages
- Réaliser les interventions de remplacement de matériel
- Demande dadministration des services réseau (DHCP/DNS)
- Gestion des sauvegardes (backups)
- Maintenir Ă jour la documentation technique (brassage, infrastructure)
