Responsibilities
- Définir le parcours de migration pour lentité
- Planifier les différentes étapes de la migration
- Démontrer les étapes de migration sur un périmètre POC aux développeurs de lentité
- Accompagner et coacher les développeurs
- Déployer la migration dans les différentes équipes
- Animer la communauté des développeurs en cours de migration
