Requirements
Must:
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets IT complexes
- Expertise forte sur ServiceNow, idéalement en environnement self-hosted / on-prem
- Capacité à piloter des équipes internes et externes
- Maîtrise du pilotage planning, budget, risques et reporting
- Excellentes compétences de communication et danimation de réunions techniques
- Anglais professionnel (échanges avec des interlocuteurs sécurité)
- Expérience sur des projets de migration ITSM (facultatif)
- Connaissance des environnements sécurisés et contraintes dinfrastructure on-prem (facultatif)
- Expérience en conduite du changement sur des projets IT structurants (facultatif)
- Sensibilité aux sujets IA appliqués aux plateformes ITSM (facultatif)
Responsibilities
- Assurer la mise en place de linfrastructure cible
- Instancier ServiceNow en mode self-hosted
- Déployer progressivement les fonctionnalités existantes
- Garantir la continuité de service
- Coordonner les multiples acteurs (Ă©quipes internes, Ă©diteur, partenaires externes)
- Piloter les lots fonctionnels et techniques jusquĂ la mise en production
- GĂ©rer la transition vers le run
