Requirements
Must:
- Formation Bac +2 en informatique (BTS SIO, DUT Réseaux & Télécoms ou équivalent)
- Maîtrise de lenvironnement Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID
- Bon esprit danalyse, méthodique et rigoureux
- Excellent relationnel et goût pour laccompagnement des utilisateurs
- Curiosité et aisance avec la documentation technique
- Expérience de 4 ans sur un poste similaire (alternance incluse)
Responsibilities
- Assistance aux utilisateurs (niveau 1) sur lenvironnement bureautique (Windows, Microsoft 365, messagerie, imprimantes, VPN, etc.)
- Diagnostic et résolution des incidents techniques sur les postes de travail, périphériques, réseaux locaux à distance et en proximité sur nos différents sites
- Installation, configuration, maintenance et expédition du matériel informatique (PC, écrans, téléphones IP, smartphones, tablettes, etc.) ainsi que le paramétrage des terminaux industriels (Douchettes, gun, terminaux embarqués, imprimantes Zebra)
- Création et suivi des tickets dans loutil ITSM, relation et escalade au N2 si nécessaire
- Application des procédures de sécurité IT (gestion des comptes, droits daccès, mises à jour)
- Contribution à lamélioration continue de la documentation technique et des procédures
- Participation aux projets IT (déploiement matériel, changement de logiciels)
- Gestion de linventaire

Notre Domain Usages IT & Digitalisation recherche un(e) technicien(ne) support informatique pour un poste en CDI de 39h/hebdo. Nous offrons un cadre bienveillant au sein dune DSI dynamique composée de 20 personnes. Des avantages tels quun 13ème mois à partir dun an dancienneté et un CSE attractif sont inclus. Pour répondre aux nécessités de notre métier, des horaires adaptables avec un système dastreintes en rotation sont mis en place. Ce poste est ouvert aux personnes en situation de handicap et nous avons des référents dédiés pour accompagner votre intégration.
