Requirements
Must:
- Technicien ou technicienne en informatique
- Connaissance des installations, maintenance et dépannage des équipements informatiques au niveau N1
- Compréhension des réseaux (routeur, wifi, switch, firewall…)
- Compétences sur les postes clients et périphériques
- Connaissance éventuelle en télécom (FTTH, Trunk, Centrex Sewan, téléphone IP, 3CX)
Responsibilities
- Participer aux installations des Ă©quipements informatiques de nos clients
- Effectuer la maintenance et le dépannage des équipements au niveau N1
- Évoluer vers le niveau N2 selon les capacités et les performances
