Référent Applicatif SAP - Logistique/Ventes

- Minimum 5 years of experience on SAP as a consultant or analyst - Bachelors degree (Bac+5) in engineering, business school, university, or equivalent - Proven experience in a SAP COE context within an international group in Industry/Engineering - Significant experience in SAP transformation projects (ECC6 to S/4HANA, deployments, upgrades, etc.) - Excellent understanding of the processes in the relevant domain - Mastery of integration points with other SAP domains - Ability to communicate with business units to gather needs and propose suitable solutions - Experience in change management and user training - Ability to write clear functional documents (specifications, user guides, etc.) - Knowledge of integration tools (BTP, API Management) - Knowledge of cross-SAP techniques (LSMW, Fiori/UI5, CDS Views...) - Experience with ITSM tools (SAP ALM, ServiceNow, Jira) - Excellent oral and written expression in French - Proficiency in English (written and spoken) - Collaborative spirit: teamwork, knowledge sharing, co-construction - Client-oriented: active listening, reactivity, sense of service - Proactivity: proposal skills, technological watch, curiosity and appetite for innovation - Rigor and reliability: respect deadlines, quality of deliverables - Communication: ability to simplify technical topics for non-experts - Adaptability
