Requirements
Must:
- Formation supérieure en logistique ou supply chain
- Expérience confirmée en environnement 3PL, avec maîtrise des outils TMS et/ou WMS
- Solide capacité danalyse, rigueur, sens du service client
- Aisance relationnelle, leadership, pédagogie
- Expérience en gestion dincidents, animation de réseau, et accompagnement au changement

Responsibilities
- GĂ©rer les incidents de niveau 3 sur les outils TMS/WMS et assurer la coordination avec les Ă©quipes IT
- Former et accompagner les agences sur lutilisation des outils logistiques
- Animer une communauté de référents régionaux 3PL
- Capitaliser sur les retours terrain pour améliorer les processus et les outils
- Participer aux recettes et aux Ă©volutions fonctionnelles avec les chefs de projet TMS/WMS

Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans lamélioration de la performance réseau et laccompagnement des agences. Ce poste a un fort impact opérationnel dans une filiale innovante dun groupe de renom.
