- Experience leading enterprise or mid-market SaaS implementations.
- Fluency in project management, including planning, tracking, and delivery.
- Strong grasp of process mapping and workflow optimisation.
- Experience in driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to build and improve implementation frameworks, documentation, and playbooks.
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Notion, and project trackers.
- Analytical mindset for turning feedback and data into actionable insights.
- Empathetic approach combined with a focus on delivery and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations from project scoping to go-live, ensuring timelines and quality exceed expectations.
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and tailor Payflows for maximum impact.
- Own client onboarding by running kickoff calls, training sessions, and alignment meetings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering to translate customer needs into improvements and workflows.
- Track milestones and progress, flagging risks and opportunities for acceleration.
- Refine the implementation process by improving documentation and tools to drive speed and consistency.
- Champion customer outcomes, ensuring every client not only adopts but thrives with Payflows.
