Requirements

Must:
- Masters degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. - +10 years of work experience as IT Solution Owner or Project Manager. - Solid knowledge and experience in Finance implementation projects (build and/or run) in a global environment. - Knowledge and understanding of Finance applications & processes, with a strong focus on Treasury solutions (e.g., Kyriba, Bloomberg…). - Background in Finance roles will be a plus. - Good knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Service Now, Monday). Certifications in Project Management is a plus. - Business analysis experience to drive excellence through Interface design and specification. - Solid tools knowledge: JIRA, ServiceNow, Monday, etc. - Fluent in English & French (Spanish/Portuguese is a plus). - Analytical mindset. Excellent reporting and presentation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders from the business and the IT departments. - Solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on results and continuous improvement. Ability to make decisions quickly and responsibly. - Motivation to expand knowledge across the full spectrum of Pluxee processes. - Autonomous, creative, rigorous, organized, transparent and team player. - Collaborative, with the ability to build partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. - Ability to work in an international and challenging environment. - Well-organized. - Adaptability and flexibility to work on various modes: run, maintenance and project. - Customer oriented.

Responsibilities

- Own the Treasury solution, guiding their implementation and acting as the gatekeeper. - Ensure solutions like ERPs, TMS and other integrated systems are effectively integrated and meet business requirements. - Monitor the status of the IT Treasury project activities, deliverables, and milestones. - Implement relevant project management processes in the initiative, bringing Project Management structure, methodology and consistency. - Implement dependencies management processes and follow them along the way. - Identify any issues, risks, or gaps that might affect the project quality, scope, or timeline. - Define and document the project scope and deliverables in a clear and concise manner, track the progress of the deliverables and ensure that they are delivered on time and distributed properly. - Manage any changes or deviations from the original scope and deliverables and obtain approval from the stakeholders to move to the next project gates. - Ensure compliance with the specifications, timescales and costs. - Suggest possible modifications of objectives (quality, cost, timescale) completion constraints or environment changes. - Ensure the right levels of communication and training of all stakeholders and users. - Coordinate the delivery of the various integration teams of the delivery (local and global apps) to ensure smooth deployment and cutover. - Orchestrate system integration testing with relevant teams organizing testing and validation campaigns to ensure solution validation/acceptance. - Facilitate problem solving & ensure ownership and results of mitigation action plans ensuring relevant rituals & meetings are in place and helping preparation and framing. - Manage the relationships with the software editor (Kyriba, Reuters, Bloomberg etc…) and the integrator, coordinate internal Pluxee IT stakeholders. - Support and coordinate the activities of the global integrator. - Liaise with relevant teams to ensure the integration meets the Pluxee IT standards and best practices. - Appoint the relevant Pluxee Stakeholders and act as a true enabler to allow the integration partner to deliver along with involved parties (Security, Architecture, Global Integration layer teams, Data, other systems). - Drive the costs of global IT partners involved in the delivery of goods or services related to the project execution. - Maintain a list of technical open items and risks that need to be resolved or mitigated and prioritize them based on their impact and urgency. - Assign owners and deadlines for each item or risk and follow up with them regularly and update the status of each item or risk and escalate them if necessary. - Be pinpointing, anticipating, and challenging roadblocks, analyzing risks and helping solving issues.
