Requirements
Must:
- Expérience de 6 à 9 ans en gestion de projet technique
- Bonne compréhension des environnements Angular et des enjeux dobsolescence
- Maîtrise ou forte exposition aux outils de test automatisé (Playwright, Karaté DSL)
- Expérience en pilotage transverse et accompagnement déquipes
- À laise avec les outils de CI/CD (Jenkins)
- Bonne culture data/reporting (Power BI)
- Expérience en environnement Agile / SAFe indispensable
Responsibilities
- Identifier et coordonner les acteurs Ă accompagner en lien avec les managers produits
- Piloter ladoption des outils de tests automatisés (Playwright, Karaté DSL)
- Suivre la montée en compétences et lappropriation des équipes
- Superviser lexécution des tests de non-régression via Jenkins
- Mettre en place et piloter un tableau de bord de suivi sous Power BI
- Assurer le pilotage global, le reporting et la communication davancement
Description
Nous sommes un acteur majeur au sein dun grand compte bancaire, engagé dans la transformation des outils et des pratiques en réponse à une obligation stratégique. Nous opérons dans un environnement structuré en Agile à léchelle (SAFe) et recherchons un Chef de Projet Technique pour piloter laccompagnement des équipes dans ladoption des nouveaux outils de tests.
