Requirements
Must:
- Première expérience en support IT (alternance acceptée)
- Bon relationnel et sens du service
- Capacité à gérer les priorités
- Esprit déquipe et rigueur
Responsibilities
- Prise en charge des incidents et demandes
- Assistance utilisateurs (support à distance et de proximité)
- Diagnostic, résolution et suivi des tickets
- Escalade vers les niveaux supérieurs si nécessaire
- Préparation des postes (PC, smartphones, accès)
- Gestion des comptes et droits
- Gestion des départs (matériel, données, accès)
- Installation et maintenance des postes de travail
- Déploiement des systèmes dexploitation et logiciels
- Support matériel (PC, mobiles, imprimantes…)
- Administration IT niveau 1 et 2
- Suivi des SAV (constructeurs, opérateurs…)
- Coordination avec les supports niveau 3 (Microsoft 365, etc.)
- DĂ©ploiement de solutions
- Tests et mise en production
- Amélioration continue des outils

Nous sommes Qualis, intervenant depuis 20 ans dans le secteur du recrutement. Nous recherchons un(e) IT Service Desk Analyst pour rejoindre un département IT dynamique à Paris 8e, en charge dun parc denviron 1 000 postes. Ce rôle offre une rémunération allant jusquà 26K€ brut annuel, avec une mission dintérim qui peut se transformer en CDI.
