Requirements
Must:
- Formation en informatique.
- Première expérience réussie en support N1.
- Environnements Windows : Windows 11, Windows Server, Active Directory
- Environnement Google : Google Admin, Google Workspace
- Réseaux : Aruba, Cisco, Meraki
- ITSM : GLPI (gestion des tickets)
- Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques
- Anglais courant
Responsibilities
- Assurer le support informatique de niveau 1 auprès des utilisateurs du siège (dépannage, assistance technique, gestion des demandes dintervention)
- Installer, configurer et maintenir les équipements informatiques (postes de travail, périphériques, outils de visioconférence, etc.)
- Réaliser des interventions préventives et curatives sur le matériel
- Contribuer à la sécurisation du système dinformation
- Assurer une veille technologique et proposer des solutions doptimisation

Pour le poste de Technicien de proximité basé à Essarts-en-Bocage, nous offrons un contrat intérim avec une rémunération de 28 000 € à 31 000 € brut/an. Vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique de 8 personnes, engagée dans le déploiement et la gestion des outils informatiques en mettant laccent sur la qualité, la productivité et la sécurité.
