- Gestion, installation et maintenance du matériel informatique (postes, périphériques, écrans collaboratifs, impressions, casques téléphoniques)
- Brassage dans les locaux techniques
- Installation et mise Ă jour des logiciels
- Support, formation et assistance aux utilisateurs
- Sensibilisation à la sécurité informatique et bonnes pratiques
- Gestion téléphonie IP et maintenance des installations
- Pilotage des stocks et contrôle du matériel obsolète
- Contribution aux projets DPI de la DSI
