Requirements
Must:
- Up to 10 years of experience in software development, ideally with a focus on AI and data science to broaden your horizons
- Experience managing a technical team or serving in a leadership role (Lead Dev, Senior +)
- Thrive in an agile environment, able to make technical decisions and guide architectural choices
- Passionate about technological innovation, creating high-impact products, and AI
- Excellent proficiency in Python and modern frameworks (React)
- Extensive knowledge of distributed architectures, cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and DevOps principles
- Ability to make technical decisions, develop a roadmap, and ensure rigorous project management
Responsibilities
- Help define the companys technology strategy and ensure its operational implementation
- Develop and enhance IT solutions and their architecture in collaboration with the product, data, and infrastructure teams
- Manage a team of developers (recruitment, mentoring, organization), support their professional development, and ensure the quality of deliverables
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the platforms
- Conduct technology monitoring to anticipate trends, particularly in the areas of AI and data
