Requirements
Must:
- Maîtrise des processus ITIL et ServiceNow
- Expertise DCIM (Sunbird dcTrack)
- Expérience confirmée en environnement Datacenter critique
- Expérience en migration / fermeture de salles DC
- Bilingue français / anglais
- Rigueur, sens des priorités et capacité à coordonner plusieurs parties prenantes
- Capacité à représenter léquipe et assurer lintérim du DC Lead
Responsibilities
- Pilotage et coordination des opérations physiques en Datacenter (mise en baie, câblage, migrations, déclassement)
- Gestion des incidents, changements et demandes (ITIL)
- Suivi des SLA et des KPI opérationnels
- Coordination des prestataires « Smart Hands & Eyes »
- Gestion des actifs (inventaires, qualité CMDB, stocks)
- Planification des maintenances préventives et correctives
- Participation aux audits et amélioration continue
- Point descalade N1 sur incidents opérationnels
