Requirements
Must:
- Expérience confirmée en tant que Scrum Master dans un environnement agile
- Excellente connaissance des frameworks agiles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
- Capacité danimation, de communication et de gestion des conflits
- Leadership naturel et sens du collectif
- Une certification Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) est un atout majeur
- Maîtrise des outils collaboratifs (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Accompagner les équipes dans ladoption et lapplication de la méthodologie Scrum
- Animer les cérémonies agiles : daily meetings, sprint planning, revues, rétrospectives
- Aider à lever les obstacles rencontrés par léquipe
- Favoriser lamélioration continue au sein de léquipe
- Collaborer avec le Product Owner pour assurer une bonne gestion du backlog produit
- Promouvoir lagilité auprès des parties prenantes et assurer la coordination avec les autres équipes projet
Description
Nous recherchons un Scrum Master pour accompagner nos équipes de développement dans la mise en oeuvre des pratiques agiles. En tant que facilitateur et garant de la méthodologie Scrum, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la bonne exécution des projets IT, tout en promouvant une culture collaborative, performante et adaptative.
