Must:
- Issu dun baccalauréat
- Expérience réussie en tant que téléconseiller informatique
- Maîtrise de la relation client, notamment lassistance à distance
- Sensibilité pour le domaine informatique avec des connaissances techniques de base de lenvironnement PC
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles
- Sens du service client et esprit déquipe
- Précision et rigueur
