Requirements
Must:
- Titulaire dun Bac +2 en informatique
- Au moins 5 années dexpérience sur un poste similaire
Responsibilities
- Traitement des demandes utilisateurs par téléphone ou par mail
- Installation, préparation et configuration de postes informatiques et imprimantes
- Résoudre des incidents de types N1/N2 et assurer le déploiement du parc informatiques (Microsoft)
- Analyse et résoudres les tickets selon les procédures
- Gérer lassistance et le traitement des incidents hardware et software
