Requirements
Must:
- Bac +2 en informatique
- Au moins 5 années dexpérience sur un poste similaire
Responsibilities
- Traitement des demandes utilisateurs par téléphone ou par mail
- Installation, préparation et configuration de postes informatiques et imprimantes
- Résoudre des incidents de types N1/N2 et assurer le déploiement du parc informatiques (Microsoft)
- Analyse et résoudre les tickets selon les procédures
- Gérer lassistance et le traitement des incidents hardware et software
Description
Nous sommes Randstad, et nous ouvrons toutes les portes de lemploi : intérim, CDD, CDI. Chaque année, 330 000 collaborateurs (f/h) travaillent dans nos 60 000 entreprises clientes. Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client un Technicien Helpdesk (F/H). Les horaires sont en journée et le poste est basé à Chartres. La rémunération est définie selon le profil.
