Must:
- Expertise en masterisation et personnalisation de postes Windows 11 - Expérience de deux ans minimum dans le rôle de technicien help desk - Compétence avérée en accompagnement utilisateur lors de déploiement - Une certification CompTIA A+ ou équivalent est fortement recommandée
