Requirements
Must:
- Maîtrise des outils de supervision et de résolution des dysfonctionnements techniques
- Capacité à diagnostiquer et solutionner les incidents rapidement et efficacement
- Formation en informatique ou certification ITIL appréciée
- Excellentes compétences en communication et aptitude à documenter les incidents de manière claire et précise
Responsibilities
- Traiter les demandes des utilisateurs par téléphone ou formulaire et prioriser les urgences
- Diagnostiquer précisément les problèmes techniques et résoudre les incidents dans votre champ de compétence
- Participer à lenrichissement de la base de connaissances et à la mise à jour de la documentation des procédures
