Requirements
Must:
- Formation bac+2/3 en informatique
- Expérience professionnelle de 2 à 4 ans sur des missions similaires
- Maîtrise de lenvironnement Windows 11
- Excellent sens du service client
- Patience et clarté dans la communication
- Autonomie et organisation
- Capacité à prioriser les tâches avec rigueur
Responsibilities
- Déploiement matériel : Préparation, configuration, tests et installation des nouveaux PC et smartphones (GSM)
- Accompagnement : Assistance de proximité pour guider les utilisateurs dans la prise en main de leurs nouveaux outils
- Gestion de parc : Mise à jour rigoureuse de linventaire des Assets (numéros de série, affectations)

Nous recrutons pour lun de nos clients situé à Labège, un Technicien Support Informatique F/H, pour renforcer son service informatique en CDD de 2 mois. Le poste est à temps plein, avec une prise de poste immédiate. Nous offrons un salaire entre 26k€ et 30k€ brut annuel selon profil, ainsi que des jours de RTT, des tickets restaurant, et une prise en charge à 75% de labonnement transports en commun. De plus, nous proposons une mutuelle et prévoyance de qualité, entièrement prises en charge, ainsi que les avantages du CSE.
