Nous recherchons un responsable support IT H/F ayant au minimum un Bac +2/3 et au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion et l'optimisation du support IT. Une maîtrise des outils O365 et des infrastructures d'un point de vue technique est nécessaire, ainsi que des compétences en coordination et amélioration des processus ITIL d'un point de vue fonctionnel. Un anglais opérationnel/courant est requis.

Responsibilities
En tant que responsable support IT H/F, vous garantirez le bon fonctionnement de l'infrastructure, des outils informatiques, des évolutions et du support (N1/N2). Vous piloterez, coordonnerez et suivrez les prestataires du point de vue contractuel et technique. Vous serez également en charge de structurer et mettre en place les processus IT concernant la gestion des incidents, ainsi que d'améliorer continuellement et de veiller sur la documentation technique.
