Requirements
Must:
- Expérience sur Sage X3 (3 ans minimum)
- Conception et modélisation de larchitecture fonctionnelle dune application
- Rédaction détudes dadéquation
- Accompagnement des clients dans les recettes fonctionnelles dune application
- Maquettage dapplications ou de systèmes dinformation
- Bonne maîtrise de langlais
- Bon relationnel
- Ouverture desprit, des facultés dobservation, voire denquête
- Bonne communication Ă©crite et orale
- Avoir une bonne capacité à rédiger la documentation des travaux.
Responsibilities
- Proposer des solutions techniques et/ou organisationnelles, à tout client souhaitant faire évoluer son système dinformation
- Répondre à la problématique du client et du prospect dans le domaine dexpertise du Négoce et de la gestion de production
- Répondre à la problématique dans la technologie de tous secteurs dactivité
- Répondre à la problématique dans la fonction du Consultant Négoce / Industrie
- Aider les utilisateurs à formaliser leurs attentes en procédant à lanalyse de lexistant
- Proposer la solution la mieux adaptée à la problématique du client
- RĂ©pondre au cahier des charges des prospects
- Accompagner la réalisation du projet : paramétrer lERP, tester, assister les utilisateurs dans les tests de flux, assister le démarrage en production
- RĂ©diger les documentaires relatifs aux aides et aux formations des utilisateurs
- Former les utilisateurs
- Prendre en charge les demandes hotline des clients et assurer le suivi.
