Requirements
Must:
- Formation informatique (Bac Ă Bac +2) ou Ă©quivalent
- Bon relationnel, pédagogue, sens du service et esprit déquipe.
- Capacité à communiquer clairement et à gérer les priorités.
- Une appétence pour la programmation (VB6 - SQL) serait un plus.
- Permis B obligatoire
Responsibilities
- Assurer le support utilisateurs de premier niveau (téléphone, email, ticketing)
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents courants
- Accompagner les utilisateurs Ă distance
- Installation, intégration et mise à jour de nouveaux équipements
- Garantir la satisfaction utilisateur et le respect des SLA
- Traitement et analyse des données Macro/VBA
