- Connaissance Android & iOS
- Bases réseau utilisateur (VPN, WiFi, authentification)
Responsibilities
- Le support bureautique Windows
- Le helpdesk (qualification des tickets / résolution / escalade)
- Le support de proximité
- La gestion opérationnelle du parc mobile Android / iOS
- Le support bureautique de Microsoft 365
- La gestion des lignes mobiles auprès des portails opérateurs
