- Assurer linstallation, la maintenance et le dépannage des équipements informatiques et/ou industriels.
- Diagnostiquer les incidents et proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Assurer un support technique aux utilisateurs sur site.
- Participer Ă la gestion et au suivi des interventions (reporting, tickets).
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour améliorer la qualité du service.
