Requirements
Must:
- 3 à 5 ans dexpérience en support applicatif / support logiciel
- Forte appétence pour la relation client
- Capacité danalyse et de résolution dincidents
- Bonne culture des SI et des applications métiers (ERP apprécié)
- Autonomie, rigueur, esprit déquipe
Responsibilities
- Prendre en charge les incidents et demandes clients (support applicatif niveau 1 & 2)
- Analyser, diagnostiquer et résoudre les problématiques fonctionnelles
- Assurer un suivi qualitatif des tickets et une communication claire avec les clients
- Enrichir et maintenir la base de connaissances (procédures, cas clients, FAQ)
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes (consultants, R&D)
