Requirements
Must:
- Formation, expérience informatique (support, systèmes, réseaux)
- Connaissances du secteur médical ou forte appétence pour cet environnement
- Profil dynamique, curieux(se) et impliqué(e)
- Excellent relationnel, sens du service et capacité découte
- À laise à loral, pédagogue et sociable
- Capacité à travailler en autonomie tout en appréciant le travail en équipe
- Expérience sur des logiciels ou matériels médicaux (atout)
- Connaissances en environnements Windows, réseaux, bureautique (atout)
- Capacité à sadapter rapidement et à apprendre de nouveaux outils (atout)
- Autodidacte avec 1 an dexpérience accepté
- Bac +2 en informatique souhaité, débutant accepté
Responsibilities
- Assurer le support informatique de niveau 1 auprès des utilisateurs
- Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail, logiciels et Ă©quipements
- Intervenir sur les incidents et demandes (diagnostic, résolution, suivi)
- Accompagner les utilisateurs, en tenant compte des contraintes du milieu médical
- Participer à lamélioration continue des outils et des procédures
- Collaborer avec les Ă©quipes internes de notre client
