Requirements
Must:
- De formation supérieure Bac +2 minimum
- Vous justifiez dune expérience de 5 ans sur un poste similaire.
- Vous maîtrisez les protocoles réseau et les technologies associées (TCP/IP, VLAN, LAN/WAN, Routage, NAT, VPN, ACL, SIP, etc)
- Compétence attendue :
- Routeur/Switch : Cisco, Mikrotik, Peplink, TP-Link, Alcatel
- Firewall : Fortigate, Paloalto
- Wifi : Alcatel, Zyxel, Cambium
- Téléphonie : Centrex, Teams
- Une certification dans lune de ces compétences serait un atout !
Responsibilities
- Configurer et diagnostiquer les problèmes identifiés sur les équipements réseaux (Routeur, Switch, Firewall) et téléphonie (Solutions Centrex, Teams, TrunkSip)
- La déclaration dincidents auprès dopérateurs tiers
- La mise à jour du système dinformation et des outils de suivi dactivité
- La supervision des installations clients
