Requirements
Must:
- Bac +2 en informatique (ou équivalent)
- Minimum 1 an dancienneté dans un poste similaire
- Aisance avec les utilisateurs
- Rigueur et organisation
- Capacité à travailler en autonomie
- Permis B pour assurer les déplacements clients
- Connaissances en systèmes Windows et notions de Linux
- Familiarité avec Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint
- Compréhension des réseaux (LAN, VPN, routage, VLAN)
- Bonne compréhension des concepts de virtualisation et sauvegarde
Responsibilities
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents informatiques (matériels, logiciels, réseaux), à distance ou directement chez nos clients
- Assurer le support et lassistance des utilisateurs, tout en les conseillant sur les bonnes pratiques IT
- Participer à linstallation, la configuration et la maintenance des équipements informatiques
- Contribuer à lamélioration continue du service, notamment via la mise à jour des procédures et documentations techniques
Description
Nous cherchons notre futur Technicien systèmes et réseaux F/H pour rejoindre notre équipe à La Roche sur Yon. Votre objectif sera de garantir le bon fonctionnement et la sécurité des systèmes informatiques, tout en apportant un support de qualité à nos utilisateurs et clients. Le poste implique des déplacements réguliers dans le département (85).
