- Mise à jour du parc informatique et téléphonique (IWS, outil de ticketing) - Création dobjets et dagents - Suivi des PC non connectés - Gestion du matériel (prêts, retours, suivi) - Accueil des agents : incidents, dépôts de tickets, emprunt/restitution de matériel - Création de tickets dans IWS - Prise dappels ponctuelle à la hotline - Gestion des plannings pour les salles de visioconférence - Mise en route des outils visio - Assistance et accueil des utilisateurs sur place

Nous recherchons un-e assistant-e informatique pour renforcer notre service support aux usagers du numérique. Le poste est basé à Vannes avec un contrat intérim de 2 mois renouvelable, temps plein de 37 heures par semaine. La rémunération se situe entre 24k et 26k selon le profil et lexpérience.
