Requirements
Must:
- Expérience : 7 ans et Plus
- Expérience significative en Business Analysis dans le domaine des paiements
- Maîtrise fonctionnelle des virements SEPA (indispensable)
- Bonne compréhension des environnements bancaires
- Capacité à travailler en environnement agile
- Autonomie, rigueur et bon relationnel
- Compétences clés : Business Analysis / AMOA, Paiements / SEPA, Recette fonctionnelle, Gestion des incidents, Coordination MOA / MOE
Responsibilities
- Recueil et analyse des besoins métiers
- Rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles
- Conception des évolutions sur un progiciel de gestion des virements SEPA
- Élaboration des cahiers de recette
- Exécution des campagnes de tests et validation
- Support aux utilisateurs
- Analyse et gestion des incidents
- Suivi des anomalies et coordination avec les équipes techniques
- Intervention sur plusieurs applications liées aux paiements (Saisie de virements, Virements permanents, LCR, Suivi des positions intraday)
Description
Dans le cadre dun programme stratégique autour des moyens de paiement, nous intervenons au sein dune organisation agile structurée en tribus et squads. Vous rejoindrez une squad dédiée aux virements, intégrée à une tribu denviron 200 collaborateurs, et vous ferez partie dune équipe de quinze collaborateurs avec une dominante technique et fonctionnelle.
