Requirements
Must:
- Expérience confirmée sur ladministration dun tenant Microsoft 365
- Connaissances fortes des environnements Microsoft (Messagerie, MAJ Office et navigateur, OS, etc.)
- Connaissances sur Packaging applicatif (MSI), PowerShell, GPO
- Rigueur, Curiosité, Esprit déquipe, Pédagogie, Qualités rédactionnelles
- Anglais technique ou opérationnel (niveau B1-B2)
Responsibilities
- Maintien en condition opérationnelle et de sécurité des outils collaboratifs : M365 (Teams, Copilot Chat, Sharepoint Online, Loop, Planner, Messagerie Online, suite Office, etc.) et Zoom (Workplace, Phone et Contact Center)
- Participation à lévolution des services, applications et fonctionnalités proposées aux utilisateurs du Groupe en collaboration étroite avec le CTO
- Accompagnement des équipes projets dans la mise en production des nouveaux services et dans lintégration des nouveaux établissements
- Gestion des tickets Niveau 2 et 3 (outil EasyVista) des outils collaboratifs, des applications bureautiques et du poste de travail
- Documentation et accompagnement des Ă©quipes N1/N2
