Must:
- Bac+2/3 en informatique (BTS SIO, BUT, Licence Pro)
- Bonne compréhension des applications métiers (ERP, CRM, e-commerce)
- Capacité danalyse et diagnostic
- Notions SQL, API, flux de données
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et ticketing (JIRA)
- Expérience retail/e-commerce/logistique
- Connaissance ERP/CRM
- Intérêt pour lIA et la cybersécurité
Responsibilities
- Assurer le support applicatif niveau 1 (évolutif niveau 2)
- Traitement des demandes utilisateurs (diagnostic, résolution, suivi)
- Support sur les outils métiers (ERP, CRM, e-commerce, WMS/TMS, PIM, BI)
- Escalade des incidents et suivi jusquà résolution
- Surveillance des interfaces et gestion des incidents de sécurité
- Gestion du ticketing (JIRA) et reporting
- Enrichissement de la base de connaissances (FAQ, procédures)
- Analyse des incidents récurrents et propositions damélioration
- Utilisation doutils IA pour optimiser support et documentation
- Participation aux tests avant mise en production
- Support aux utilisateurs lors des déploiements
- Rédaction de scénarios de tests
- Assistance sur postes de travail et comptes utilisateurs
- Coordination avec les équipes infrastructure
